Taste of Fort Collins 2008

We had a great time at the Taste of Fort Collins....we ate some Brazilian, Indian, and American food and it was all very tasty! We also had some Indian Pale Ale and Easy Street from O'dells Brewery here in town!

Swimming Lessons

I thought it would be a good time of the year to start Nick in some swim lessons....he has so much more energy in the water! He is going to be our little fish!

Old Town in Fort Collins

I started thinking that we have been down to Old Town but I haven't taken any pictures since December when I was here all alone.....so it's summer time and I wanted to show you the fountains that they have down there. They are so neat and some of them jump! There was also a band playing that Nick and I enjoyed!

Choo Choo Train & City Park

The Choo Choo train at City Park is now open for the season! Nick was sooooooo excited and ran to it! He kept saying "Choo Choo" and "Wow"! It was so cute! I am sure these won't be the last pictures of Nick riding the train this summer!

I didn't know this when I first moved here but these nice blue swings are actually for the handicap to swing on.....I had never seen them before. They are so comfy and you just lean back and relax.....as you can see Nick enjoys them too!

In the background you can see the waterpark at City Park. We plan to go there when Matt gets back from visiting in Texas because he doesn't want to miss Nick's reaction to the cool water features!

I took a picture of these flowers because they smelled amazing as you walked by them! I have no idea what they are called so I took a pic to remember them....
