Haloween

A coworker let me borrow a costume of a lion but of course Nicholas wanted nothing to do it with so I have no Haloween pictures of him.....So I have decided to share one of Camdin who is Nick's 2nd cousin. Same little boy with Nick at the splashpad.....Isn't he a cutie?!! He is definitely always the star of the show! :o)

Nick And Cousin Kate

Here are pictures of Nick (2) and Cousin Kate (4)...hard to believe they are cousins...one blonde hair and blue eyes, the other brown hair and brown eyes!

Fort Collins Trip #2

We decided to take another trip to Fort Collins at the end of September to scope it out for an up and coming move there in December! We are really excited and love it there! Matt is going to attend CSU starting in January.....Go Rams!

Nick's 2nd Birthday

I still can't believe it now that my once 6lb 2oz baby boy is now 2 years old! Time really does fly by! Anyway, we had a little get together in September for his birthday at Tanglewood park and as you can tell Nick really liked one of his gifts, the lawnmower, he wouldn't put it down and open his other presents! Thank you to everyone that was able to make it!

Splashpad at Tanglewood Park

These pictures were actually taken in July right after our trip to Fort Collins. Aunt Pat, cousin Anne, and 2nd cousin Camdin came to visit us for Bob's funeral. So we decided to take the little ones to the splashpad at Tanglewood park near Oma's house. As you can tell they had a a blast!

Cheyenne, Wyoming

Cheyenne is only an hour north of Fort Collins so we decided to take a drive to see what it was all about......Since Cheyenne is the capital of Wyoming here is the capital building. This park is called Lions Park which is the main park in Cheyenne and it also had a little beach next to the water where they swim. We were there earlier than the swimmers.....

It also had a Botanical Gardens which was very pretty.....

This is a picture of a statue of Layne Frost who died in Cheyenne which also is well known for it's rodeo. They have what is known as the Frontier Days at the end of July.
