Elk going shopping too?

We went over to Estes Park to do a little shopping and it was so funny seeing the Elk just walking around on the sidewalk like they were going shopping too!

Our Xmas Tree

We went ahead and got us a real Xmas tree! Nick had a really great time putting everything on the tree and we think it turned out beautiful!

Eatin at Red Lobster

They just looked so cute I had to take a picture!! And of course we were waiting for the snow all day and nothing until we sat down to eat at Red Lobster a thick snow shower came through! :o) It was too dark to take a picture though.

CSU vs BYU

We went to the football game last weekend and Matt was also doing the colorguard before the game.  He is the one holding the American Flag.  The first picture below is where Nicholas fell asleep for his nap before the game....hehehe.  :o)

Halloween

Ever since Oma sent Nick his costume I have been trying to get him to wear it. Last night we went to his daycare's halloween party and I thought maybe when he sees all the other kids that he would try it on but he stilled said "Don't wanna try it Mama." He is so funny sometimes. Well today I said you want to try on your Thomas the Train so Mama can take a picture? He said "Yeah!" hehehe I think it was because he loves for me to take a picture of him so I can show it to him! Good thing for technology! So I was able to take a couple of pics and get on the webcam with Oma so she could see him before he decided he didn't want to wear Thomas anymore. But man he is sooo cute!!!!! :o) P.S. You notice the finger to the side of his face? I told him to smile and I think he was helping his mouth out by making it bigger! hehehe

Harvest Glo

I took the tripod out there to try to get some good shots...I think I need a fancier camera but some of them turned out pretty cool. I also played with one of them in Photoshop. :o)

Hot Air Balloon Harvest - Greeley, CO

This morning we decided to go over to Greeley to check out the Hot Air Balloon Harvest. It was a little chilly but Nicholas thought it was sooo cool! The wind was calm on the ground but around 500 to 1000 ft it was too windy for them to fly...darn! We are also going to go back out there tonight for the balloon glo! More pics to come.....
